What are the check-in and check-out times?
Regular check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. We’re happy to try to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out. This depends on availability and therefore cannot always be guaranteed.
How does check-in work?
Thanks to our contactless self-check-in, you can check in flexibly at any time starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, 24 hours a day. Depending on your accommodation, you can conveniently gain access using a door code or a key box—without any in-person key handoff.
Are bed linens and towels included?
Yes. We provide fresh bed linens as well as one large and one small towel for each guest. That way, everything will be ready for your stay when you arrive.
