✔ Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking & Open Flames

✖ Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

✖ Open flames are not permitted.

Pets

✖ Pets are not allowed.

Exceptions are made for recognized service and assistance animals. In this case, please inform us before your stay.

Guests & Use of the Accommodation

✖ Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

The number of people staying overnight may not exceed the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

✖ Commercial photography and video recording are not permitted without our prior written consent.

✖ Illegal activities and any unlawful use of the accommodation or internet access are prohibited.

Damage & Cleanliness

✔ Please report any damage or missing items immediately.

✔ Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.

✔ Lost keys must be reported immediately.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is due by 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement.

✔ Please close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment.

Noise Monitoring

To protect the neighborhood, noise-monitoring technology may be used in the accommodation. This technology measures only the noise level and does not record conversations or audio.
